Notes
- Delegates and students (full rate) registration include cocktail reception, dinner cruise, and gala banquet;
- All papers accepted in the conference proceedings will be recommended for SCI Journal Publication.
Payment Method
Full payment must be made by the corresponding deadlines. All bank charges for remittance should be paid by participants.

Refund Policy
- Application of cancellation must be sent to the conference email (apwshm2026@sjtu.edu.cn).
- Response to the application will be made in two weeks. All refunds will be made after the conference.
- Until date and Amount to be refunded
- Received on or before Tuesday, 15 September 2026: Full refund payable less a CNY ?? administration fee.
- Received between Wednesday, 16 September 2026 and Saturday, 10 October 2026: 50% of the total registration fee will be refunded.
- Received on or after Saturday, 10 October 2026 without a valid reason: No refund will be payable.
